Questioning

Is everything changing?
Tweaking
Is the mind chattering?
Freaking
Is the body shattering?
Exploding
Is the rhyme flowing?
Phrasing
Is the rhythm beating?
Creeping
Is the ink bleeding?
Deadly
Is the colour red beets?
Dead beats
Is that beast feasting?
The Red Feast
Is the heartbeat racing?
Panicking
Is the air slowly fading?
Fainting
Is the screen getting blurry?
Sweating
Am I simply afraid?
Suffocating
Has the time stopped moving?
Lonely
Have I started reaching places?
Phases
Am I going crazy?
Frenzy
Do you get what’s happening?
Suffering
Can you sense the feeling?
Burning
Are you here to catch me?
Destiny
Are you one of those preachers?
Creatures
Do you come from the shadows?
Light
Is this all a part of me?

The flashing light circle, the perfect rhythmic changes in the music..your voice, like I have never heard it…you let loose, and your passion carried your lines!! A big Wow…so well done and I love each word-choice in each line.. What you say..how you say it (your voice trembling rising and falling)..It’s an incredible performance piece..of an incredible poem. Bravo my friend…Bravo!!! I love how you just let go….and took us with you🌹❤️🌹

A big WOW to you for writing such beautiful & heartfelt words…This means a lot to me…when I was recording my voice, it was like going back to that moment when I wrote this poem…I have this multicolor LED bulb…so I decided to record the video of this bulb, that’s representing me & those colours, my different phases…and the music I created in GarageBand was intuitive…it’s more about connecting with my own beat in that moment…my gratitude to you for reading, listening, sharing your reflection & seeing me, dear Karima ✨❤️💫🙏
