Just over a month ago, I was experimenting to create a new tune…I simply liked the initial sound…so I kept adding some more tracks intuitively, to give it some texture…it was only recently I realized that this beat & a piece that I wrote back then are actually made for each other…My Very First Poem – Speechless I Became…I was feeling this crazy need to express my state of Being, so I wrote this poem…I had never tried to write a single line before…it was the beginning of the next chapter in my life – this poetic journey…

The beat found the piece for this spoken word & they together created the energy that made me choose these photos…they’re telling a story…nothing was planned beforehand…I never do when it comes to poetry…and the amount of time I’ve used is…well……but I really enjoyed every single moment…

The background music is created, mixed & mastered in GarageBand.

  6. Navin! How you are processing in Garage Band,,I just love seeing this. You are experimenting, adding more tracks and it makes me so happy to see how you are an absolute natural. Now, this music, you are so right, is perfect for this powerful awakening of a poem. Awakening on so many levels as it was your first attempt to write it into words how you felt, how you were seeing. The poem is made even more impacting and powerful, with your images, many of them, seeing yourself. We see you too as you are seeing you./..Wow! Very total immersive feeling and we join you in your words. I am so glad this pivotal moment took place, because now we have you among the very special and unique poets who presents his feelings in such hypnotic and seductive ways..As soon as I read your book, I was seduced to a brand new voice in poetry. Keep it up my friend, don’t ever stop…your poetic journey is an amazing one!! 💕

Wow, you’ve blessed & honoured me with your beautiful words, Karima…you know, I’m enjoying how to use GarageBand (GB)…not just adding the different tracks, instruments & then hitting the keys or adding the loops to make them sound good to my liking…but also by applying the plug-ins, the process of quantization & automation etc…GB can really a lot…as you can hear, I’m still learning…you know this all well coz you’re a pro…I’m a newbie, who has just put his feet on GB land…I cherish every single moment of it…you really see me coz it was this powerful awakening on so many levels…so powerful that I was drawn to line it on my device as my very first poetic expression…I still remember that moment very clearly when I was in that state…everything about this spoken word video is intuition based as well…I literally don’t know how to plan when it comes to poetry…I listen to my intuition – The Universe guides me…you & your words mean the world to me, my dear friend…it’s so moving to read “because now we have you among the very special and unique poets who presents his feelings in such hypnotic and seductive ways”…it’s an honour when it comes from you…my gratitude to you, dear Karima…for always being there for me in your amazing way…for seeing me🙏✨❤️💫
